Exhibition: LOUIS CANE PEINTURES 1999-2005

We proudly announce the opening of the brand new gallery, Gallery Yamaki Fine Art, in Motomachi, one of the busiest shopping streets in Kobe. Motomachi celebrated its 130th anniversary in 2004. Since its foundation in 1874, 6 years after the Port of Kobe opening, Motomachi has developed in conjunction with the Port, and has offered a convenient shopping to mariners, foreigners as well as residents in Kobe. It also has provided lifestyle from overseas, which contributed to the rise of exotic manner of living of Kobe. Gallery Yamaki Fine Art is located in this historical place as a gallery that mainly introduces contemporary fine art.
Hereafter, we make it our mission to instruct, inform and inspire our local artists, customers and guests in our gallery by providing high-quality source of contemporary art and by creating an exciting venue where fine art of various countries and peoples are exhibited.
